A student, who has applied to or enrolled in a Participating Institution, and read the information available at this site, may submit an Affidavit and Application to Judy McAinsh, ARHEG Coordinator, Arkansas Department of Higher Education, 114 East Capitol, Little Rock, AR 72201-3818.
In order to be considered for the ARHEG, a student must apply for residency certification from the Arkansas Department of Higher Education. Certification is a procedural process initiated by the student by submitting an Affidavit. The student’s signature on the Affidavit must be witnessed by a notary public.
